Everyone is invited for hot drinks in the fellowship hall & to stay for the Sunday school hour. Classes are available for all ages as well as infant and nursery care.
Congregational Announcements
Vacation Bible School: Come Meet God on the Mountain at VBS from July 11 – 15, 6-8:30 pm. Registration forms are available in the lobby for children who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade. Return completed forms to Brenda Horst. Preschool activities also will be offered for our own church attendees. See Brenda if you have a 4 or 5 year old who would like to attend.
VBS Volunteers are still needed for the following positions:
- 4th and 5th grade class helper
- 2 Peace Footprints helpers (Sunday & Tuesday)
- 1 Mountaintop Music helper (Monday & Tuesday)
- Nursery worker (Tuesday & Thursday)
- Various minor drama parts (gathering time only)

Barnstormer’s tickets for free: There are 50 free tickets available to the Barnstormers baseball game on Thursday, June 24, 7:00 pm compliments of Lancaster Redevelopment Authority. Interested? Contact Christy at the church office.
Help Share the Faith: Sunday School Teachers are needed for the Fall 2010–2011 year. Please contact any of the S.S. superintendents (Rick Rutt, Dot Smith, Brenda Horst) if you can help teach or be on the substitute list.
The Ethiopian Evangelical Church of Lancaster which is currently meeting in Landisville is growing and needs a larger facility. They have an opportunity to purchase the former Landisville Mennonite Church facility. To make that possible, a buyer is needed for their current facility at 143 W Main Street Landisville. It seats 100 and the price is $124,900 obo. Your help is urgently needed to find a buyer to before the larger facility gets away. Please contact Dave Yoder 898-3883 yoderdave@aol.com with names of potential buyers or any suggestions to help make this move possible. The congregation is a member of the Landisville District with an attendance approaching 80 persons.
