Team felt really good about the worship conversation, which named the tensions of worship and planning worship services. Some felt these conversations are consistent with past conversations. Team heard affirmation for a variety of music on a Sunday morning. The ongoing conversation is important.
Team is working to finalize a search committee for the Assoc. Pastor of Worship.
Team is coming to the end of the process of looking at Team roles and relationship of the roles. Randall will compile what we’ve looked at and talked about. Team will seek feedback from a Task Force before coming to Board with a recommendation.

Dave Yoder reported the building project update on Sunday. In early June we will be given occupancy. A Sunday morning dedication will be planned for the fall. Board will develop a committee to plan the service.
